Shipping & Returns
All orders received through this website are packed and dispatched from the John Hollington Design studio.
For order periods please refer to individual product pages.
Generally the lighting designs are made up to order and aim to dispatch as soon as possible but a minimum of 14 days should be allowed for delivery.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notifying you that it has been dispatched.
Our working days are Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays.
We use Parcelforce for the larger deliveries and Royal Mail for the smaller.
Should you wish to return a product for refund or exchange, please get in touch and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to return a product for a refund – perhaps because you have changed your mind - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
In the unlikely event that the product has arrived damaged, we will be happy to replace it and may ask for pictures and details so that we can make enquiries with our courier to prevent future reoccurrences.
Our policy lasts 30 days and we require the product to be unused and in the original packaging.
