The design of the Marcel Work Lamp has been inspired by the geometry and materials of Marcel Breuer’s B12 table.

The design combines attention to detail, simplicity of form and masterful craftsmanship to produce a lamp that, if coveted and taken care of, will last for a lifetime – a sustainable concept in our throw-away culture.

The lampshades have been hand spun from solid brass plate by artisan craftsmen.

The shade moves through 90 degrees to give an adjustable, directional light source.

The baseplate is asymmetric and available in left and right hand versions. When used in a pair, such as for bedside lights, the lamp design produces perfect symmetry.
